This policy describes the rules for returns, exchanges, and the handling of disputed transactions for all users of starpets.gg.
1. No returns or exchanges
Because StarPets provides digital goods and immediate delivery of in-game items, all purchases are:
- final,
- non-refundable,
- not exchangeable after the order is completed.
Once the item has been received, cancelling the order or refunding the payment is not available.
2. Exceptions and special situations
Although refunds are not provided, in certain cases we can help the user if the issue is related to system errors or the transaction.
Support can intervene only in the following situations:
✔ 2.1. Duplicate purchase
If the same purchase was successfully charged more than once because of a payment system error.
✔ 2.2. Technical delivery error
If the item was not delivered due to a technical error, connection failure, or delay on the server side.
✔ 2.3. Fraudulent transaction
If the transaction was not performed by the user and shows signs of fraud.
In such cases we can:
- redeliver the item, or
- cancel the unconfirmed transaction.
This is not a refund of the item; it is a technical adjustment.
3. How to submit a request
If you face a delivery problem or a transaction error, contact our support team:
When you reach out, include:
- order number,
- in-game nickname,
- description of the issue,
- evidence (if available: screenshots, video).
We respond to requests in the order received.
4. Response times
Requests related to technical errors or duplicate charges must be submitted within:
- 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Reviewing usually takes from 1 to 3 business days.
5. No refunds for reasons unrelated to errors
Refund requests are not considered if:
- the user changed their mind about buying the item;
- the item is no longer needed;
- the item was received but the user wants to return it;
- the purchase was made by user mistake;
- the user violated the game rules or was banned;
- the price of the item changed after purchase;
- the order was correctly completed and delivered.
6. User responsibility
The user must:
- provide accurate in-game delivery information;
- verify the data before paying;
- make sure account access is protected.
StarPets is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrectly provided data.
