After purchase you receive a unique code. The code is activated in StarPets and the balance becomes available for purchases.

Gift Cards are sold with fixed denominations. Available denominations depend on the currency: USD: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 $ EUR: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 € RUB: 1000 / 2500 / 5000 / 10000 ₽ You can also specify your own gift amount.

The card tier reflects the Gift Card denomination. The higher the tier, the larger the balance.

The Gift Card balance can be used to pay for available purchases on StarPets.

Usually the Gift Card is available immediately after a successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to payment processing.

Gift Cards are great as gifts when you do not want to pick a specific item; the recipient decides how to spend the balance.

Gift Cards are non-refundable after purchase. If the code was not activated and there was a payment error, contact support.

Yes. You can freely transfer a Gift Card; whoever activates the code receives the balance.
