How do I withdraw purchased items to my account?
All purchased items after payment go to the "Purchased Items" tab in your profile, after which you have exactly 1 hour to withdraw them. To transfer purchased items to your game account, you need to select the items you want to withdraw and click the "Claim" button. After that, enter your in-game nickname and select your account, then follow the on-screen instructions.

An error occurred during purchase. What should I do?
Refresh the page and make sure your account has sufficient funds for the purchase, and that the item you want to buy has not been reserved or is being purchased by someone else. If you were able to buy the item but cannot withdraw it for reasons beyond your control, you can cancel the purchase. A "Cancel" button will appear on the item, after which you will be asked to select a reason for cancellation.

I accidentally bought the wrong item. Can I cancel the purchase?
You can cancel a purchase if an error occurred during the item transfer to your game account (see the article "An error occurred during purchase. What should I do?"). Please note: if the error was caused by you, the deal is considered unsuccessful and your buyer rating may decrease.
