To transfer purchased items to your game account, you need to select the items you want to withdraw and click the "Claim" button. After that, enter your in-game nickname and select your account, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Refresh the page and make sure your account has sufficient funds for the purchase, and that the item you want to buy has not been reserved or is being purchased by someone else. If you were able to buy the item but cannot withdraw it for reasons beyond your control, you can cancel the purchase. A "Cancel" button will appear on the item, after which you will be asked to select a reason for cancellation.

You can cancel a purchase if an error occurred during the item transfer to your game account (see the article "An error occurred during purchase. What should I do?"). Please note: if the error was caused by you, the deal is considered unsuccessful and your buyer rating may decrease.

While you are using an account for selling, you are not allowed to log into it yourself. Therefore, we recommend using an account that you do not plan to play on for selling.

If the account connection is broken, you can refresh the connection on the "Connected Accounts" page. We recommend reconnecting the account without fully disconnecting it, if you do not want all items to be removed from sale.

Fast sale is a way to instantly sell items to the StarPets website without waiting for a buyer. The deal is completed automatically and takes minimal time, without the involvement of other players.

The main difference between fast sale and normal sale is the time spent on the sale. With fast sale, you sell directly to the STARPETS website, not to users.

You can cancel a fast sale before it starts — simply click the "Cancel" button on the "Fast Sale" page.

While a fast sale is in progress:

Go to the "Inventory" tab (on the mobile version of the website — via "Sale", on desktop — via "Profile"). Select an item, set the price, and click "List for Sale"

Go to the "Items on Sale" tab. Click the "Items on Sale" button to see all active listings.

Items can be removed from sale if you have changed your mind about selling them. To do this, on the "Items on Sale" page, select the items you want to remove from sale and click the "Remove from Sale" button.

You can view your sales history on the "History" tab in your profile.

If you temporarily want to stop selling your items or need to log into your game account, you can freeze the account on our website. In this case, all your items will be temporarily removed from sale, and you will be able to safely log into your game account without receiving any penalties such as a seller rating decrease. After unfreezing, all items that were listed for sale will be listed again.

Monitor the connection status of your account.
