Normal delivery is a method of transferring an item where the buyer and seller interact directly through chat. The process works as follows:

Normal delivery is used in situations where automatic transfer is impossible or inconvenient, for example if:

After purchase, the "My Deals" page will openWait for the seller to confirm the start of the dealAfter confirmation, a deal chat will openThe seller will ask for your game nickname to:add you as a friend;transfer the itemAdd the seller as a friend and receive the item in the gameAfter receiving it, click the "I received the item" buttonAfter that, the deal will be successfully completed.

After payment, a deal is created.The seller must confirm the start of the deal within 24 hours.If the seller does not do this:the deal will be automatically cancelled;the money will be returned to the buyer.The timer shows how much time is left until the deal is cancelled.

After the buyer pays for the item, the seller receives a notification about a new deal.

After a deal is completed, the money is not immediately credited to the seller's balance — it is temporarily held for 2 hours.

If the seller has not responded for several hours:

If the buyer is not responding, the seller can cancel the deal.

If a dispute is open on the deal:

If the seller asks you to confirm the deal before receiving the item — do not do this. This is a sign of fraud.

If you have already transferred the item but the buyer does not confirm the deal — open a dispute and describe the situation to the moderator.
