How do I get the purchased items to my account?

All purchased items after payment go to the "Purchased Items" tab in your profile, after which you have exactly 1 hour to withdraw them. To transfer the purchased items to your game account, you need to select the items you want to withdraw and click the "Claim" button.
After that, enter your in-game nickname and select your account, then follow the on-screen instructions.

What affects delivery time when purchasing a pass

The delivery time of the pass depends on the workload of our specialists. It usually takes no more than 1 hour, but under heavy load it may take longer.
You can track your order status in the “My Passes” section or in “History”. When our specialist transfers the item to you, you will see a green “Successful” status. This means the pass is already on your game account.

How to retrieve items I bought before the update?

Items that you purchased but did not withdraw before the update can be found in the "Old Items" tab of your profile. Go there for more information about all your old items.

Which countries’ wallets/cards can I use to top up?

Our site supports cards and wallets from many countries. You can check them by selecting the necessary region in the "Balance topup" tab.

Can I top up using a phone number?

Currently, there is no option to top up balance from a phone number on our site.

How to change the currency on the website?

You can change the currency on the site either in the dropdown menu of your profile or in the profile tab if you are using a mobile device.

What is fast buy, and how is it different from regular purchase?

With fast buy, items are immediately paid for and go to the "Purchased Items" tab in your profile. The only difference from a regular purchase is that with fast buy, you skip the step of adding items to the cart.

An error occurred while purchasing. What should I do?

Refresh the page, make sure that your account has enough funds to make a purchase and that the item you want to buy has not been reserved or started to be purchased by anyone.

If you were able to buy the item but cannot withdraw for any reasons beyond your control, you can cancel the purchase. A "Cancel" button will appear on the item, after which you will be prompted to choose a reason for canceling the purchase.

Accidentally bought the wrong item. Can I cancel the purchase?

You can cancel the purchase if something went wrong during the transfer of the item to your game account (see "An error occurred during purchase. What should I do?"). However, please note that this is considered a failed transaction due to your fault, and your buyer rating will be lowered as a result.

How can I view my topup and purchase history?

You can view both your topup history and your purchase history in the "History" tab of your profile. Go to this page and select the type of history you need.

I can’t join the game due to error 279, what should I do?

Error 279 means that the game client cannot establish a stable connection with the game server. Such issues are currently frequent on the game side. Below are the main ways to solve this problem:

Try joining the server several more times. One of the attempts is likely to succeed.
Check your internet connection stability and restart your router. The game may block you due to unstable internet.
Temporarily disable your antivirus to check if it blocks the connection.
Reinstall the game. On PC – perform a full reinstall, clearing all leftover files after uninstalling.
Try joining the game using a VPN service on your device.
Try logging in from the same account on another device, if possible.
If the problem persists – wait for a while, it may be a temporary issue on the developers’ side.

When connecting to the seller I see error 773, how to fix it?

This error occurs when trying to connect to the seller’s server directly from the game. To avoid this error, follow the instructions on the site – connect to the seller via the game website by clicking “Join” on the seller’s profile page.
If the error still persists, contact support.
